The R-E Like Power-Grades consist of 8 unique looks for DaVinci Resolve that resemble the “Arri” look and can be imported as Power-Grades within the NLE, allowing for tailored customization of your looks.

The Power-grades can be used with any source footage and are already capable of working within numerous workflows, including ACES and DaVinci’s Color Managed and non-color managed modes.

Description

The R-E Like Power-Grades consist of 8 unique looks for DaVinci Resolve that resemble the “Arri” look with the lower contrast and smoother gradation from shadows to highlights.

  • R-E Like 1 to 3 are different variations of the Arri look.
  • R-E Like 3 to 6 are enhancements of the first three, with darker shadows.
  • R-E Look 7 has Highlight Recovery features which allows for a smoother highlight gradation.
  • R-E Look 8 is aimed particularly for HDR workflows and will maximize the available highlights.

The R-E Like Power-Grade pack has been developed for functionality across multiple workflows and is source Color/Gamma independent. This means it can be used with any source footage!

Because these are power-grades, they offer infinite flexibility, whether used inside ACES workflows, Color Managed workflows and even non-color managed workflows!

Note: Due to Resolve 17 introducing DaVinci Tone mapping by default in Resolve Color Management (DaVinci YRGB Color Managed), it is recommended to either disable the Input DRT or use the DaVinci Wide Gamut preset.
